La suite era spaziosissima, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un'altra camera con divano letto, enorme, e una cucina piccina attrezzata che aveva tutto l'indispensabile. Il bagno super pulito, con doccia enorme. La vista era mare, davvero stupenda. La pulizia impeccabile. Se devo trovare la pecca è che non puoi regolarti l'aria condizionata da sola ma lo chiedi alle ragazze in reception e, se non sono troppe richieste pasticciate, te lo fanno senza problemi loro da pannello centrale. È sopra la piazza col casco di Valentino Rossi, a due passi dalla piazza con la palla di pomodoro. Insomma una pozione eccellente. Tornerò sicuramente da loro. Vale il prezzo che si paga assolutamente.

Il fatto che fosse molto pulita, elegante e in posizione molto comoda

We stayed at this hotel with our family for nine days. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The location is good, and the soundproofing from outside is excellent — with the windows closed, you can hardly hear anything. The soundproofing inside the building is average, about the same as in most hotels: neither particularly good nor bad. There is an elevator in the building. We were given a room consisting of a bedroom and a living room, which could be separated by two doors. This was a big advantage for us because we were traveling with a small child, and thanks to this layout and the good sound insulation, we could stay in different parts of the room without disturbing my mother while she was resting. The room was clean, and the renovation was new and modern. I would especially like to mention the staff — everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly. We had a very positive impression of the staff.

The only negative experience we had was related to the housekeeping schedule and the way the administration handled it. There was no information on Booking stating that the room had to be available for cleaning before 12:00. I travel very often and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never encountered this kind of problem before. In practice, this meant that we were expected to organize our morning around the housekeeping schedule and leave the room by a certain time if we wanted it to be cleaned. This was especially inconvenient because we were traveling with a small child who has his own sleeping and daily routine. Guests with children cannot always adjust their schedule to the hotel staff’s internal timetable. If the hotel has a strict internal housekeeping schedule, this should be clearly communicated before booking so that guests know what to expect. Apart from this issue, we did not have any other serious problems with the hotel.
