Идеальное расположение - в самом центре Дубай Марина. 10 минут до Молла и Carryfour, также 10 минут до метро. Хорошие кафе и рестораны прямо возле дома.
Было чисто, но видно, что вся мебель и техника довольно старые.

Nulla da eccepire! Spaziosa e funzionale, con una bellissima vista dal balcone. Letto comodissimo. Oltre al bagno principale in camera, c’è un altro piccolo bagno vicino all’ingresso. Cucina attrezzata con tutto quello che serve. La posizione è ottima per passare una serata a Dubai Marina. Adiacente all’ingresso c’è un piccolo market molto fornito.

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal, alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung bestens empfehle
Ein paar Dinge in der Wohnung könnten eine Renovierung vertragen, da sie etwas älter wirken. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

"The location is perfect: close to the tram and metro, in the lively area of the marina, close to the beach (10min walk).
The bed was super comfy, the shears clean and nice.
