Wielkość,taras z wyjsciem na wspólny,dziedziniec ze stołem i krzesłami,w lecie można wypić poranną kawę,wygodne łóżka,dużo potrzebnych składników do potraw oraz do gotowania(wszystkie przyprawy,Oliwa,kawa)
Gdy za dużo urządzeń było włączonych to korki wysiadały i trzeba było coś wyłączyć z prądu Woda ciepła była tylko na 2 prysznice,później trzeba było czekać aż się ponownie się zagrzeje,co w porze zimowej było sporym utrudnieniem
