Tout ! La situation géographique (proche de commerces). Lieu très calme (quartier résidentiel) et cloison très bien insonorisée. Possibilité de se garer sur place. Entrée séparée. Le logement est cosy et lumineux. Les équipements sont neufs et fonctionnent sans problème. Petit parc juste à côté pour promener son chien. Et les hôtes, charmants et disponibles pour donner conseils et bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons à 100% !!
