El Depto es muy lindo en piso 10. Una vista a la ciudad y al rio. Todo funciona bien y es confortable. Silencioso. No tuvimos inconvenientes. Eramos 3. La cochera es de complicado acceso si tenes una camioneta o SUV de mediana a grande. Yo no lo deje ahi pero hay lugares cerca para estacionar o en la calle a un par de cuadras.

Apartment was clean, tidy and in great central location. Sofía was very helpful and polite, providing perfect instructions on how to access keys and parking etc and make sure everything was ok.
As others have mentioned only the bedroom has air conditioning, so it does get very hot in the living room/kitchen during the day. Parking in the building is very tight unless you have a smaller car but again Sofía was very helpful in advising the best way to manoeuvre in advance, and also arranged for access to the parking across the street if I needed it.

Es un piso alto, entonces el ruido del viento se escucha a mucho, como un chiflido, que creo tiene que ver con el diseño que tiene el balcón (vidrios con separación de uno o dos centímetros) ES LO ÚNICO que molestaba un poco.
