The host was excellent and communicated with us very well. The apartment was so spacious, clean and nice and even-though we checked in very late at night, the host made sure to organise everything for us.
We tried booking the ha long bay cruise very last minute and struggled to find a cruise still available. When we told the host about this he organised one for us and sorted out all transportation to there and back to Hanoi. Overall, we are very happy with the service provided and highly recommend.

Washing machine was great to have. Good size
The bathroom cleaning was not up to standard- other people’s hairs in the shower and near the toilet when we arrived. Shower drain was also very slow to drain. You have to pay to use all of the facilities I.e., gym, pool etc

The hotel is modern, Views were good
Host barely spoke english, cold welcome, reception not interested in guests with host. kitchen poorly equipped. reception wont speak to guests in hosted rooms . definitley not what I expected . its a modern hotel but a million miles from being 5 star ,or 4 even
