Warsaw Concierge Dynasy

The property is in a quiet location facing a court yard. It’s on the third floor but the stairs are a short and easy climb (not the Olympic stair-climbing event you sometimes encounter in Italy or Paris, where the “4th floor” somehow feels like the 10th.)There is no air conditioning but it was always cool inside even when it was 30 degrees outside. Check in/out was hassle-free. The sofa bed is a futon style but was very comfortable. I’m 5’8” and had plenty of space. I think it’d work well for anyone under 6’. Perfect for one adult or two children. The bedroom bed is a double North American standard and also very comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The apartment is right next to a beautiful park. We walked to most attractions about 15-30min and buses/trains are 3-10min away. Would definitely recommend it. There is a Lidle grocery store just a few minutes away for your emergency chocolates needs (you need to scan your receipt to exit the store). Wifi worked well. The neighbourhood felt very safe, and overall we had a fantastic stay.

The owners provide sugar, pepper, coffee and tea. It would be nice to have salt and oil. I noticed most Airbnbs we looked at don’t offer shampoo but there was soap, so we brought our own toiletries.

Thank you very much for the stay – everything was great. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The check-in process was smooth and everything worked perfectly. If I may suggest one small improvement – it would be helpful to offer the possibility of an earlier check-in, if possible. Carrying luggage around the city until 16:00 can be quite challenging, especially after travelling. Otherwise, everything was excellent – thank you again for your hospitality! Warm regards, Inese

Amazing apartment. Beautiful, cozy, fully equipped (but microwave). Internet worked great: fast and stable connection, perfect for digital nomads. Bed was super comfortable, pillows too. I spent an entire week and it was absolutely great. Location is also absolutely great, 5 minutes walk to two of the most trendy zones for food, coffee and drinks. 5 Minutes walk to the Royal Avenue, and 15 minutes walk to the old town. Also it was super quite and great to rest at night. Bathroom was modern, clean and everything worked great. You also have 2 supermarkets at less than 70m from the apartment. I totally recommend this place. If you see it available do not hesitate to book it. Host was great too with info and help. Im definitely booking again when back to Warsaw.

To be honest there's nothing really negative to say about this apartment.
