The greatest advantage of this apartment is its exceptional location. It is just a few steps away from the Old Town Square and the famous Astronomical Clock. The area is surrounded by numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants, and most of the city's main attractions are within easy walking distance. It is an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.

The building is quite old and has an unpleasant odor throughout. The bed was uncomfortable, as several of the slats in the bed base were broken. There was a significant amount of dust under the bed, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. In addition, the floor drain was clogged. The apartment does not have air conditioning, and opening the windows is hardly an option, as the apartments across the very narrow street have a direct view inside, offering little to no privacy.

Gastgeber ignoriert Anfrage zu Übernachtungssteuer/Tourismusabgabe. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre wünschenswert.

La ubicación es buena

No entiendo que no contesten a los mensajes cuando llegas. Le escribí para preguntar si podíamos entrar antes (el check in es a las 16:00 horas...) y ni contestaron. Después escribí para comentar que solo había un rollo de papel de WC y que además estaba a medio gastar y tampoco contestaron. Tuvimos que comprar papel de WC nosotros. No es problema porque es poco dinero pero no puedo entender que dejen de contestar una vez el pago está hecho. Las instalaciones son regulares. No había plato en el interior del microondas (como piensan que se puede usar?) y la alcachofa de la ducha alta no funciona, solo la de mano a la altura de la cintura (difícil ducharse y más aclarar la cabeza). La cama y las almohadas son increíblemente incómodas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación en el centro.
