It’s a bit far out of town, but the walk there is lovely so it didn’t bother us.

Solid room for short stays

- Stable wifi - Access to the kitchen - Quiet at night - Super cute cat

- The room has barely any daylight - "The window" is actually the passage to the back of the kitchen in the house, so everyone in the house can access it, meaning no real privacy - Because of it, it's hard to ventilate properly, so the room stays humid, stuff gets wet, and a lot of mosquitoes - Also, the window in the bathroom is not private enough.

Beautiful stay in paraty

Was a really nice place with lovely host Rodrigo. The kitchen was shared but very well stocked. A little out of the city but with a uber you will get there easy. Also great bonus is the parking. Rodrigo also has great recommendations

Ótimo custo benefício

A localização era boa, estávemos sem carro e fizemos tudo a pé. Cerca de 1km do centro e a região é bem tranquila e segura. O quarto é bom, amplo, tinha uma varanda e banheiro privativo. O anfitrião Rodrigo é muito solícito e sempre estava em contato respondendo nossas dúvidas.

O ar condicionado estava fazendo bastante barulho, o que dificultava o nosso sono. O Rodrigo disse que era algum problema com a luz da cidade, fomos avisados sobre o barulho antes. Porém, somente isso nos incomodou.

A casa bem localizada do centro histórico de Paraty de fácil acesso, melhor ainda para quem tem carro ou moto, o Rodrigo bem educado e atencioso nos deu várias dicas, quarto bem organizado e limpo, melhor ainda que a casa conta uma cozinha em que você consegue fazer suas refeições com vários utensílios a sua disposição, recomendo muito!

Gostamos muito da acomodação! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo anfitrião Rodrigo, com muitas informações sobre a propriedade e dicas de Paraty e região. A localização é excelente, próxima do centro e de boas opções para compras e refeições, mas muito tranquila e silenciosa. Ter a cozinha completa à disposição, com geladeira, pia, fogão e utensílios foi muito útil durante nossa estadia. O gato chamado Gato é um charme à parte! Voltaremos, com certeza!

Sentimos falta de mais luminosidade no quarto e no banheiro, mas nada que atrapalhe ou incomode muito.

Chambre très propre et tout confort avec balcon (chambre du haut). Bien prendre en compte qu’il s’agit d’une chambre chez l’habitant, le propriétaire dort dans le salon. A 25 min à pieds du centre ville dans un quartier sûr et calme. Chat adorable.

Aconchego e simpatia resumem.

A simpatia do proprietário Rodrigo e seu gato chamado Gato. Ambos me fizeram sentir-me em casa.

Alguns pequenos ajustes seriam bons, como a troca da porta de correr do quarto, que é velha e empenada. As luzes são muito fraquinhas, seria melhor ter pelo menos uma mais forte.

Séjour agréable.

L’emplacement est assez proche du centre, à environ 15 minutes à pied dans un quartier tranquille. La chambre avec terrasse était confortable et agréable.

Le propriétaire est un peu spécial. Il parlait très fort au téléphone le matin de bonne heure alors que notre chambre était juste au-dessus de sa pièce à vivre. Cela manque un peu d’intimité.

Absolument tout. L'hôtel est adorable et très accueillant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est magnifique et très bien décorée. On s'y sent bien. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée !

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de l’hôte et son adorable petit minou. Nous avons eu une belle chambre et une belle salle de bain privée. La cuisine était fonctionnel. le logement est propre et se situe dans un environnement agréable au sein d’une résidence ensoleillée, même si elle est un peu loin du centre-ville. Nous recommandons cette hebergement.

Un peu dommage qu’il faisait froid à l’intérieur de la maison, mais bon rien de dramatique.

A estadia na casa Caiçara foi excelente, Rodrigo é um ótimo anfitrião nos deixando super à vontade. Ficamos no andar superior onde há um terraço privativo, o quarto e bem confortável.

Vale muito a pena a hospedagem, principalmente pela recepção.

Logo ao chegarmos fomos recepcionados pelo Rodrigo, que nos recebeu muito bem, nos mostrando a casa e dando dicas de passeios que poderíamos realizar pela cidade, inclusive passando contatos. O quarto em si é muito bom, possui TV com acesso a internet e equipada com os principais aplicativos, o banheiro é grande, possui box e um bom chuveiro. A casa é sgura e fica em um luar super tranquilo. Dá pra ir a pé da rodoviária de Paraty a pé e também ao Centro Histórico.

Não tenho nada a reclamar, apenas como sugestão a colocação de um colchão de casal pois as vezes os de solteiro ficam se separando, mas que o Rodrigo continue com a mesma prestatividade e simpatia com que nos recebeu.
