Gorgeous, well furnished apartment in a perfect location. Huge balcony to enjoy in the evenings. Super comfortable bed. Great service from the apartment manager.

There is a building being built next door, so there is construction noise during the day, but we were rarely there during the day.

A perfect location in Puerto Vallarta, with easy walking distances to all the restaurant, nightclub and beach action you could possibly want, while still being calm and tranquil during the day. The standout feature is the rooftop, which is worthy of a 5 star hotel with a really lovely pool, shaded cabanas, incredible views, and a staffed bar run by friendly, attentive and highly capable staff. It was hard to tear ourselves away! The apartment itself is great: spacious, thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a sizeable balcony of its own with loungers and dining table. There are no ocean views from the apartment itself, but the rooftop more than makes up for that.

There is a large construction site behind the building, on the same side as this apartment. While we were there during the holidays there was no active construction, however that could potentially be intrusive.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. This was our second time staying at Sailview and it is one of the best buildings in Zona Romantica. The most gorgeous pool with 360 views of the ocean and jungle. The unit is beautiful, well taken care of and has everything you need. The patio is huge. Bed and bedding was super comfortable. The host, maid and front desk man were all wonderful. You can purchase drinks from the rooftop bar. We were able to get comfy loungers each day with no issues. Location is perfect with a couple block walk to the beach, bars and excellent restaurants.
