Great location for me

Great location, walking distance to highly rated eateries Has the basics for a comfortable stay The heat pump upstairs with the rooms alongside the heaters kept the place warm for a winter visit

Offsite parking is actually a block away which can be a bit inconvenient for unloading and packing car and children in the rain but still manageable. Some people who have trouble with stairs will not like the many stairs up to and inside the apartment. Suggest checking the heat pump in the lounge, seems to be faulty.

Location was great.

Two flights of stairs to carry up 23kg+ of luggage per person. Lounge was extremely uncomfortable and so were the beds. Instructions to park the car down the street were not clear. We drove around the streets a few times to try and locate it. When I spoke to the staff and expressed how the instructions weren’t clear they said it was only me that didn’t understand. You need to drive through the Tradestaff carpark to get to the public carpark at the back. No Wilson sign and Parkmate sign not visible from the street especially at night time. If I had read the reviews prior to booking I may not have stayed. I definitely wasn’t the only one as others had mentioned the same thing and still this hasn’t been addressed.
