The facility was great but the people working there was no help.
The place felt safe and was nice overall. However, the floors could have been mopped, as they didn’t seem very clean.

The listing also stated that an airport shuttle was available, but when I contacted the host, I was only given a phone number and told to arrange the shuttle myself for an additional fee, which was different from what I expected based on the listing.
The TV also only had about 3–4 channels available, so we weren’t able to watch the FIFA game.
