About this house rental
Massive 45 by 20 Ft screened patio just added! It has a dining table with seating for 8, a 7 piece sofa set for gathering and a 6 ft round Daybed Lounger for stretching out at watching the boats and barges pass on the River. Walkway to lower platform that is 12 by 12 ft and has seating for 6. From that platform, you'll walk down to the pier that overlooks the canal for fishing!

The river view and outdoor deck were a great spot for our friend gathering! Unfortunately, we had many issues linked to lack of cleaning. Showers had hair and used soaps, towels were left in the floor, and dishes in the sink. There were no paper towels or extra toilet paper. It’s disappointing to pay a cleaning fee when we didn’t get the benefit of having it clean when we arrived.

Overall, it was a great home. Loved the location, view of the river, and quiet neighborhood. Screened in deck was the best feature. The 3 adults did not like the beds- very, very firm. Kids enjoyed the TVs and play space. The reasons why I am giving 3 stars is cleanliness: floors were nasty upon arrival & towels had a foul smell. My kids' feet were all black within a few minutes of being inside the home. Trash/small crumbs were everywhere on the floors. I had to sweep and mop before feeling comfortable enough to go barefoot inside. Towels had to be washed prior to using. Did not see any wash clothes (4 were in the big bathroom but they were disgusting/stained) and no teaspoons.We did enjoy the space, the deck, and view. Just needs some improvements on cleanliness & a few more necessities in my opinion.
