We warmly welcome you to our vacation complex in Zinnowitz on Usedom!
The apartment is about an 8-minute walk from the beach. You can reach the beach via the campground across the street, where you can get fresh rolls and daily necessities in the morning.
Many shopping options, the Zinnowitz train station, the Bernsteintherme spa, and other recreational activities are all within easy walking distance.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome here (maximum of 2 dogs).
We charge a fee of 10.00 euros per night per dog, as well as a one-time fee of 20.00 euros for final pet cleaning. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.

This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a service outage.
