Whether you’re traveling as a single, a couple, a family, or with friends—in this completely renovated, spacious two-room apartment near the beach, up to four people and a toddler up to two years old (in a travel crib) can enjoy the best time of the year—all just 130 meters from the beach and about 100 meters from the Kurplatz in Heringsdorf. Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as this two-room apartment measures just under 70 square meters.
Located on the first floor of Villa Monico, it features a lovely southeast-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea first thing in the morning while sipping your first cup of coffee. During the renovation, emphasis was placed on high-quality designer furniture and a tasteful atmosphere. The spacious and bright living room, which you enter through double doors, is ideal for relaxing. From the comfortable seating area or the recliner, you have a view of the large flat-screen TV (55 inches). Free Netflix access is included, offering a nice distraction even on gray autumn days.
The new kitchen with a kitchen island is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher) as well as a wide range of cooking utensils and dishes. In the bedroom, it’s possible to accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can book the travel crib for an additional fee.
