This spacious 4-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the Süderhaus and, with its 70 square meters, offers plenty of space for up to 5 people.[nbsp] The combined living and dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 5 people. From the adjoining sunroom and the terrace surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset in the evening hours with a nice glass of wine.[nbsp] The separate kitchen has everything you could need and is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a 2-burner stovetop,[nbsp] a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils.[nbsp] The first and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed.
