This bright two-room apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Goodewind and measures 40 square meters. The living area is decorated in Mediterranean colors. A sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for two invite you to relax, unwind, and enjoy a delicious meal. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. In addition to two ceramic cooktops and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. The cozy bedroom is perfect for a good night’s sleep, but also for an afternoon nap, thanks to a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses).
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. From the living area, you can step out onto the southeast-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sun or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.
A parking space right next to the house, a shared bike storage room, and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge during your stay and round out the comfort of this apartment. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.

Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure.
