About this house rental
Our lake front property will give you the best vacation! Our backyard connects directly to the water, you do not need to cross any busy streets to get into the lake! You will have access to our pier to relax, tan, go fishing, and more!
(Please note the pier is up only during the summer months of June, July, August - Times also may vary depending on the season, please contact us to confirm pier will be out during your stay).
The property is on a half acre lot, so there is plenty of grass space to play outdoor games or relax by the bonfire pit.
Be ready to fall in LOVE all that Bass Lake has to offer! We are just minutes from a unique drive in movie theater, paint balling, bowling alleys, golf courses, breweries and more!
Our home offers a master bedroom with lake views, a king bed, master closet, and master bathroom with a shower! The king room has a plasma smart TV.
The cozy second bedroom is nestled in the center of the home with a queen bed and a flat screen smart TV (No lake view).
In addition to both bedrooms, the first floor also offers a bathroom with a shower/tub and a laundry room with a functional washer and dryer.
Our upstairs loft is the perfect spot for children and teenagers to have their own fun! The loft also has a lake view and features two bunk beds (2 single beds on top of 2 queen beds) which allows for 6 guests to comfortably sleep! Additionally, there is carpet in the loft and stairs going up to the loft making it very comfortable, safe, and cozy for young children. There is NO door to the loft, please keep that in mind if looking for privacy.
Our open concept kitchen/living room provides direct views of the lake, allowing you to admire Bass Lakes unique sunsets on the water!
The living room offers three comfortable couches, one which opens into a sleeper sofa for additional comfort for movie nights. The living room has direct lake views and access to the roofed patio allowing for outdoor relaxation and admiration of the lake rain or shine! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while grilling!
While Bass Lake offers loads of fun, the location of our property is walking distance from two of Bass Lakes most popular restaurant/bars allowing for great nights out, delicious dinners, ice cream drive throughs, karaoke, and more!

This was our 5 year staying in Bass Lake and 2nd year on this property. We LOVE this house, it’s cozy and clean. Has all the amenities we need to accommodate the 8 of us. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive. The pool table was a very nice addition, our boys ranging from 10-25 played multiple games a day. We rent a boat and dock it on the property with ease. We will be back next year!!! Thank you Sam and Andy for welcoming us into your home!

My wife and I had a great experience here; Culver reunion weekends can make it tough to find lodging close to campus. This beautiful home literally on the edge of Bass Lake (15 minutes from Culver) was exactly what we needed! A private retreat but so close to the action. Sam was easy to communicate with and a great host. Would stay here again!
