Other Things to Note:
For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.
Utilities are billed at $25 - $55 /per day through the Airbnb resolution center
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.
