Escape to a getaway in this beautifully appointed two bedroom condominium in the desirable Villamare community within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. This inviting condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
The spacious, open concept floor plan is perfect for family gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and a convenient breakfast bar with additional seating. It seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for entertaining. The dining room comfortably seats six, and the cozy living room offers ample seating, an HDTV, and easy access to your private balcony through a sliding door.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, work desk, private balcony, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom is a retreat of its own, with a double-sink granite vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.
On the opposite side of the condo, the second bedroom is perfect for family or friends. It features two queen-sized beds with new mattresses, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Everything about the condo was very nice except the noise from the elevator mechanical room that is next door, every time the elevator ran you could hear it like it was in the room. I would not recommend this particular unit to anyone else simply because of the elevator noise!!!
