MI- Ranch style 3 bedroom 2 bath Quiet & safe Neighborhood king-bed!

This house fit the bill for our family stay. We were visiting family in the East suburbs and taking in the attractions in the LA area. We knew staying this far East would mean lots of driving to the beach/Universal/Disney so we were ready for that. But honestly I preferred staying in a cleaner, less busy suburb. The house is nicely decorated and felt very clean. The hard floors seem so much more sanitary than carpets so I loved that. It was also a nice touch to have some soaps in the shower for those that might forget. We didn’t use them, but I could see that being useful in some cases. The bathrooms had plenty of TP (which is important when you have 4 females in the group) and the kitchen had plenty of paper towels. The location was really good, felt safe, and near lots of good clean shopping areas. There were several stores nearby for anything we forgot, including the dollar store, costco, grocery stores, etc. We just really like to stay somewhere we can have cooking facilities and this had a nice kitchen with a gas stove!! Love it. Note that there are two other units on the property but we never really saw anyone from those other units. The street parking gets pretty congested but we had a reserved spot in the alleyway that came with our unit. Overall, happy with the property!

Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I’d highly recommend! We were looking to accommodate all of us including dogs and the owner was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t end up bringing the dogs but it would’ve been a great property to let them run around. A couple things that could’ve been improved: 1. The owner sent us instructions on how to enter the entry code and lock but it wasn’t relevant to this lock so we ended up getting locked out. Luckily they were able to come help us out after an hour but more accurate instructions would’ve been helpful!2. Beds were a bit thin and the couch was small for several guests to lounge but if you’re not spending much time at home, it’s nice for quick break.Otherwise, it was a really nice rental property and was great for our quick stay!

Great place, plus yard for the pooches.

The location was wonderful and communication with the host was very good. The home was clean and updated, but it was a bit spartan in feel and in kitchen utensils. Some basic maintenance on windows and doors was needed - that may only have presented itself because it was very rainy weather. The host was responsive and took care of things in a timely manner - for which we were grateful.
