Just a 3 min walk from the front door onto the sands of pristine Angels Beach & native Coastal Nature Reserve . Scenic coastal walking/ cycle trails take you to Lennox Head, the waterways of Ballina & beyond. An easy 7 min drive to the Ballina CBD and Lennox Head, 10mins to the airport and 20mins to Byron Bay.
The Space.
The apartment offers a very comfortable and spacious Queen-sized bedroom; ensuited bathroom with laundry facilities; and an open-plan lounge/ dining / kitchen bar. Large picture windows overlook a beautiful tropical garden & a sailed alfresco dining area. Our guests appreciate the many facilities here, as well as the top-line, superb location! We have been hosting a B&B for 25 years this year.
The apartment is small-dog friendly with our prior approval. Enquiries for longer -term stays at discounted rates are welcome. -Let us know now what you need!

Guest Access:
This is a large beachside home. Guests have exclusive and independent access to the apartment, which is situated at the front of the property.
We live at the rear of the property, with our own separate entrance and driveway. We operate a successful massage and Bowen therapy practice from the rear of the property.
Other things to note:
*Our minimum-stay period is 2 nights in off-peak periods; and a 5 NIGHT minimum for CHRISTMAS/ JANUARY and EASTER.
* We offer DISCOUNTS for multiple week/ monthly stays. Business and contract workers, as well as those relocating to the area or building a new home, are invited to message us for a quote to suit your length of stay.
