Beautiful modern chalet, warm and furnished with a prime location near Mont Tremblant.
The home is surrounded by trees that create guest privacy and tranquility while still just minutes to the surrounding activities.
The top floor offers a fully stocked modern kitchen with peninsula, dining area, powder room and a spacious terrace balcony with a seating area and gas heater. The living room has large windows, a cozy couch & reclining chair, wood burning stove, and a large TV and board games.
The lower level has three splendid bedrooms, plus a separate family room with a convertible sofa bed and a TV.
Outside there is a large deck with propane BBQ, beach chairs and an outdoors hot-tub; fire pit and beautifully landscaped territory surrounded by forest.
This chalet is a dream location for family vacations. Arundel is located in the charming Laurentians region just 15 minutes from Mont-Tremblant (St-Jovite) and 25 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant ski slopes.
All services are located in St. Jovite about 15 minutes by car: large grocery stores, gas stations, McDonalds, SAQ, restaurants, post office, ATM, bakery, etc.
Great local bakery, breakfast and lunch place called Les Petites Folies, located 6 minutes from home.
