Endless Summer is a spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering an abundance of entertainment spaces, a private pool, and close proximity to the pristine sugar-white sands. The first floor features a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, along with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bathroom, while the second offers 2 full beds with a bathroom shared with the hallway.
As you walk up to the 2nd floor, you'll discover a large open floor plan designed for socializing and relaxation. The well-appointed kitchen features a generous island with seating for 4, leading to a dining table with seating for 8. The living area, bathed in natural light from numerous windows, offers plenty of cozy couches for gatherings. Step out onto the deck with chairs, extending your living space to the outdoors.
All 5 bedrooms are generously sized, catering perfectly to large families and groups. The bunk room comes with its own deck, providing a delightful space with plenty of cozy seating, especially loved by the kids. Enjoy the private pool, optionally heated, surrounded by perfect lounge chairs, a convenient grill, and a fire pit with chairs on the deck area.
As an added bonus, this house comes with a golf cart, making exploration of the area even more enjoyable. Additionally, this property has 4 bikes for use. Located just a short 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the Walton Dunes beach access, and with a community pool available, Endless Summer also features a nearby community pickleball/tennis court. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Location is situated very close to beach. It is about a 4min walk to beach and less than a minute drive on golf cart. There is no parking permitted for the public beach access so you can only take golf cart to haul and drop off/pick up. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. Overall very happy with our stay!

Overall, the stay was good. The house is nicely decorated and spacious. Access to the beach is easy and about a 5-minute walk. There is no place to park the golf cart once you get to the beach so be aware of that. We would send a group up to drop off and then bring it back to the house and walk back. Not a big deal as it is a close walk, but something to note. Having stayed in dozens of houses over the years, we found it lacked some fan favorites for us. Ceiling fans on the decks would be a huge win. The decks are spacious but not a great view. The house is at the end of a cul de sac so you basically just look at other houses and driveways. A second fridge, even a mini fridge, would be appreciated for extra drinks. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Big ding was that there were not oven mitts or potholders. We cook several nights while on vacation, so this was definitely a miss for us.The outdoor area was nice and as described. Pool was adequate for our group, but we only had 4 or 5 in it at any given time. It wasn't the cleanest, but it was fine. We waited on the cleaning team (one lady) as we arrived. She worked her butt off so we didn't complain about the few things we found. Again, overall, a nice home that worked well for us for the week.

The pool was great. The house was ok. Not very clean. No TV’s worked in the bedrooms. The grill was completely rusted and unusable. The bikes also rusted, broken and unusable. Two men came to “fix” the grill and TV’s, but were not successfull.
