This unit is on the 8th floor with a great view of the ocean. King bed, queen sleeper, smart TV, wifi, kitchen, updated bathroom. The amenities of the building include a large pool, direct beach access, computer center, fitness room and game room. Laundry facility with washer and dryer on every floor. Located right next to SunSplash Park, Crabby and Landshark Bar and Grill. 1 mile from the Bandshell, The Peabody Auditorium, Daytona Pier and Amusement Boardwalk. 20 minutes to Daytona Speedway

We are 8 miles from The Daytona International Speedway and International Airport. An hour from the Sanford/Orlando Airport and an hour and half from the Orlando International Airport. Less than 2 hours to Disney World
Head an hour North up A1A and you'll be in beautiful, historic St Augustine. Head an hour south and you'll be in Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

We stayed almost two weeks and we would stay here again. Good location and excellent access to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Great communication and quick responses from Donna, our host. We enjoyed staying at this property.

We decided on a Monday to fly to Florida to see our daughter compete at NDA Nationals on Thursday. I wasn’t hopeful about finding a place to stay at the ninth hour, but was pleasantly surprised to find this location available. It was only a mile walk to the Ocean Center and we had lots of great lunch and dinner options to pass on our daily walks. The room was cozy but perfect for two of us. The corner view of the beach was nice and the bed was absolutely amazing which is saying something. (We’re particular about our sleep comfort.) We’ll definitely look into another stay here for next year’s Nationals.

Arrived to a unit that had a refrig infested with fruit flies and other unit was not cooling, but otherwise the unit appeared satisfactorily clean. Moved unit into hall and contacted host. The next day the host responded and the refrigerator issues were resolved.
There are some things the host cannot control that others should be mindful of when considering this unit:
- I experienced very low water pressure and a shortage of hot water when showering. According to host, this is outside of their control and a function of the building. Host did attempt to address and repaired shower head, but the matter remained after.
Overall, not great, not terrible. Got me through my visit and host tried.
