I didn't realize that this unit was part of a four-plex (actually two four-plexes - side by side) with a parking lot at the back. That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. There was a green grassy area for kids or pets off the parking lot and a lovely porch on the Huntington Drive side of the unit. If you're bringing a dog, the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very comfy stay.

The apartment has character with living room having a nice view of front trees. Only one parking spot for 2 of us driving. You have to get an app and pay 3 per night if you have a second car. Hard to find close by street parking. It happened to be cold the 4 days we stayed. The wall heater was filthy, so we didn't even turn it on. Some windows are just louvres, and others have gaps, so they don't seal well. So, you can hear a lot of street noise plus the upstairs apartment noise. The kitchen is very tiny and you have to go through a bedroom to get to the dining table.The dining table veneer edges are coming off. Lamp fixtures, walls and windows were dirty. Couldn't get the password for a few hours until the owner responded. Owner was nice, and said they would have a meeting with the cleaning crew, but that might help the next guests. Then the shower ceiling started leaking when the upstairs people showered! It was a lot of things that just felt uncomfortable. Although the owner responded politely via VRBO messaging or texting, No compensation discount was offered.
