Everything about the condo was perfect except we didn’t have hot water in the master bedroom.

The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach.
If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well.
