VILLA GIADA - NOTO AREA
Located close to Noto, Villa Giada is a lovely countryside property with a private pool. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Noto is one of Sicily’s most beautiful historic centres where you can find many shops and restaurants or wander around the narrow streets. You are also within easy driving distance of the Cavagrande del Cassibile and the Vendicari nature reserve, the Roman villa of Tellaro and the charming towns of Syracuse, Ortigia, Modica and Ragusa.
The 300 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find a living room (with comfortable seating and a fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with bath).
Stairs from the living room lead you to the first floor where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and walk-in closet), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (with shower).
Outside you will find a basement room with a kitchen and wood oven, a laundry room (with washing machine), a garden with a private pool with hot tub (14 m x 6 m; depth 1.2 m - 2.2 m; open from 01/01 – 31/12), terraces and a dressing room with a bathroom (with shower).
