Here is your chance to be a few feet away from the Tremblant village! 60 sec walk to the gondola! Welcome to a fun, relaxing, modern and cozy cottage with air conditioning, high-speed internet, this cottage will enchant you with its `modern-cozy` look. A fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom is inviting with its cozy bed with an effective opaque blinds. A very comfortable sofa bed, as well as a TV with access to Netflix (your account) and 1 free Parking spot included with a parking pass

We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine
We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, personal effects etc
We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels.
In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.
*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*
We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.
-NO SMOKING: 500$ PENALTY FEE
-NO PETS: 300$ PENALTY FEE
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet without refund
- EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 100$ BASE PENALTY + 300$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST
- LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 300$
- NOISE COMPLAINTS: 300$
- Please return the parking pass before checkout, failure to do so will result in a 50$ penalty
- Please be cautious of our linens, stained linens (towels, sheets..) will be charged a replacement fee at the value of the item.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.
All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins.
Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in.
Please make sure to take off your shoes in the chalet!

The property was as advertised. It’s clean and in an ideal location for easily accessing the ski village and amenities. The condo was perfect for two adults. The area was quiet at night and appropriately lighted outside. We initially had difficulty locating the condo because the building numbers were sometimes hidden from view. The parking spot number was missing the last digit but we figured it out. The numbers are not consecutive. The condo had everything we required, but we could have used washcloths for the bathroom and a broom, but overall we were just fine. The owner/manager, Jeffery, was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this home.
