We loved our stay at Southern Winds in St James. Perfect location within St James and easy access to lots of walking etc. The unit looks new, stylish and is meticulously clean. Very quiet area and while you have neighbors you never hear any noise from adjacent units. Beds were very comfortable and sufficient linens for the stay. We will be back!

The condo is so well decorated. We were there during the rain and flooding, and it still provided a fun and cozy experience. The place was well equipped and clean. Wonderful remodel!

My family and I love St.James Plantation. The condo was clean and organized. The pool was within walking distance.
The kitchen had all the basics. If you need Tupperware, bring your own. None available at the condo. Beds were comfortable, pillows were firm so we will bring our own next time, and lots of extra blankets.
We had an issue with the washer, it would not finish the cycle. There were lots of wasp nests on the balcony. They said it would be sprayed for the next guests so hopefully no one else has any issues.
Lastly, having the pool clubhouse and bathrooms next to the beach was far the best part. The new code for this year is 1345. The one they sent me was from last year and did not work.
We will be back next year!

Condo is definitely not smoke free. Came home with all belongings covered in smoke odors. In a very safe gated area. Clean on the inside. Beach/access codes at the club house are worthless, no keypad there. Pool was great. No hair dryer or iron as advertised.
