This two-bedroom apartment is part of a new building, located close to the pool area. It has an area of 77sqm and may accommodate up to 6 people (one queen size bed, 2 single beds and one sofa bed). This apartment stand out for their glass fronts over the city of Angra do Heroísmo and the sea. It has an interior garden and also exclusive outdoor spaces with table and chairs to enjoy the panoramic landscape. Maximum occupation of 5 people.
The AngrA+ complex arose from an ancient building from 16th century, located in the center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo, within the privileged area of Unesco World Heritage Site. AngrA+ includes a main house, which is a unique, secular, classified and protected historic building, and includes a new ground floor construction integrated in the outdoor surrounding garden, overlooking the edge of the land and facing an unobstructed view to the ocean and the city landscape.
AngrA+ has 6 apartments of various layouts, in which the largest may accommodate up to 6 people. All of them have distinctive elements, making them unique and allowing you to satisfy various personal preferences. All have an exclusive outdoor space with table and chairs. Additionally, all guests have access to the common spaces, which include an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a lounge with a library and fireplace.

My family and I recently visited Terceira and stayed at Angra+ Condo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Fabio, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He helped us with our luggage and was always available within minutes if we needed any assistance. Fabio provided excellent restaurant suggestions and, knowing we had limited time, also recommended the best tours to experience the highlights of Terceira.
We had a beautiful day touring Terceira's highlights and loved returning to the condo to enjoy the stunning ocean view. On the day of our departure, Fabio again helped with our luggage and even brought our rental car to the front door, making our exit smooth and stress-free.
We highly recommend Angra+ Condo for anyone visiting Terceira. We look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was excellent. The accommodation was beautiful. My children loved the pool and the garden and kept saying how lucky they were to be staying there. Even when we had the rooms confused the managers were very quick to respond and very accepting and accommodating. Would revisit again.
