• Check-in: 4 PM (no early check-ins during busy seasons for cleaning/sanitization)
• Check-out: 10 AM (no late check-outs; enjoy resort amenities until departure)
On-Property Amenities:
• Linens and bathroom towels provided (bring pool/beach towels)
• Starter supplies: trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels (guests should purchase extras if needed)

Guest Access:
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas. Full access to resort amenities included.

• Video Cameras: Exterior cameras at driveway and garage (motion-activated, not shared; tampering is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund)
