O local é maravilhoso. Serviços disponíveis. Maravilhoso calmo e de águas quentes. Ótimo para crianças.

A localização é excelente. No melhor trecho de Muro Alto. O flat é bem estruturado e tudo de muito bom gosto. Muito completo. O condomínio é muito organizado.
Não temos nenhuma observação negativa quanto ao flat. Só elogios. A portaria precisa de mais atenção. Primeiro, faltou orientar melhor o acesso ao bloco. Depois, tivemos dificuldade para sair da garagem e esperamos cerca de 15 a 20 minutos, pois havia um carro de serviço de vidro estacionado na rua, bem na frente, impedindo a nossa saída. A portaria falhou nesse momento.

Da localização sensacional. Próximo às piscinas naturais. Piscina do condomínio também é muito boa!👍
O apartamento precisa de uma reforma, além de mais cuidado com a limpeza. Achei até uma barata morta no ralo da sala.
