le matelas qui n'est pas confortable du tout, un problème de climatisation que je ne sais pas pourquoi il n'a pas été réparé avant mon arrivé ou après ??ils ont intervenu lorsque j'étais dans la chambre et j'ai du quitter la chambre pour qu'ils puissent réparer le problème
