Comfortable, clean, self contained apartment with comfy bed. A/C functioned well and quietly to help us beat the extreme heat for the week. Kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Hostess checked in regularly to make sure we were doing alright. Fantastic downtown location with lots of Perth's restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance, or short drive.

This apt was modern, clean, well appointed and centrally located. It was a bonus that we were able to bring our beloved pup with us.
The unit was a little small for a weeks' stay for two people. However, the owner informed us that they have larger units available to us for another visit.

Spacious and modern place with everything required for a nice stay. Location in the middle of town was great and the host was friendly and responsive.

The Yerevan-European Style Open Concept Oasis was cozy, clean and had everything I needed to make my stay a pleasurable one. I required a kitchenette and I was easily able to cook all my meals. My cooking needs made this hotel an excellent value. Also, the bed and sitting area were very comfortable.
