Breakfast is not included in the package but they do have complete kitchen utinsel for the guest food preparation.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, la cuisine est un véritable plus, l’équipe est très réactive et aux petits soins
Nous conseillons aux voyageurs de louer un scouter pour visiter les environs
Les soirs sont frais et humides (nous avons séjourné durant le mois de janvier), les pulls sont à prévoir !

The owners were nice, ready to assist every time you needed help. We experienced 2 unprecedented incidents, losing wifi and electricity, but the owners were quick to act/inform us of the issue, respectively.
You get free purified water, though there was no refrigerator in the property.
The main gate has no lock, which could be a cause of security issues, especially since the comfort room is outside the main house, adjacent to the main gate.
The water pressure is awfully bad, though this is understandable as the location is Baguio.
