Bella @ Ohana

Bella @ Ohana was clean, looked just as described and felt luxurious. The host left us lovely gifts and a bottle of sparkling wine. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including ziplock bags, cooking oil, and a great choice of condiments and herbs. Having 2.5 bathrooms was wonderful for our family, and a TV in almost every room was a treat!

Nothing — we really enjoyed our stay.

Great central location, well presented and appointed apartment.

Not a fan of having scented 'sticks' in apartments or houses - so over powering especially for people who are sensitive to smells and difficult to air out the rooms - it's really unnecessary. Fine to have available if people want to use them during their stay. The other (minor) inconvenience is directions and location of the garbage room.....

Thoughtful touches, lovely decor

All good

Host was polite and responsive to enquiries and service. Location was central with a lovely coast walk across the road. Good to have a covered and secure parking. Useful to have two full bathrooms and washing machine/drying rack. Detailed, helpful guest book provided along with welcome hamper and wine. Good to have spare sheets and towels in linen cupboard.

Level of cleanliness was poor e.g. hair on pillows and sheet and crumbs etc. in cutlery drawer, broken body wash dispenser left in shower with no alternative. Host offered cleaner next day but we wanted a clean place to sleep that night so chose to address the cleaning ourselves. We also did not want to supervise the cleaner to ensure an appropriate standard. Overall, unit feels tired e.g. multiple stains on lounges and cushions, one mattress needs replacing - dent from slimly built sleeper did not spring back. Unit is smaller in area than photos suggested.
