Everything was great

The house is beautiful! Amazing pool, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washing machine - it was all really nicely done. The beds were really comfortable. Super clean. Easy check in and instructions. Pet friendly. My family loved the house and we will definitely stay here again!

The Casita was hot during the day, but the AC in the main house worked super well. There are also fans in all the rooms. They were also very helpful with trying to remedy any minor issues we had.

The main house was nice and comfortable. The property management staff were kind but unable to resolve our issues.

The casita should not be offered in warmer months. It does not have air conditioning or any ceiling fans, both of which are needed. There was a mobile AC unit using the kitchen window for ventilation that did not cool down the space and made the kitchen unusable because of the mobile unit’s size. I took this room so my guests could be comfortable in the main house. I was pretty miserable. I also was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not cleared of leaves and debris, and the outdoor furniture is not well maintained. The backyard did not make us feel like we were on a special vacation as it was intended. The main house had odd things, like a broken ironing board that took up the laundry room and made that pass-thru to the bathroom unusable. Towels were extremely limited.
