みなさん書かれていますがとにかくオーナーさんがステキな方。時間があればもう少し話したかった。
個人宅の二階をゲストハウスとして貸し出されている様子。
建物が綺麗
個室なので快適です
ベッドではなく布団なので部屋は広く感じます(実際広いのかも？)
部屋は畳です(とても気持ちいい)
コンセントの数が多い
目の前にスーパーがある
廊下にもエアコンがあるので夏でも快適に過ごせます。
共用の電子レンジ・オーブントースター・湯沸かしポットがあります
共用のミニ台所・冷蔵庫(一人暮らし向けの小さいサイズ)もあります
タオルや歯ブラシも用意されていました。
日中の交通量はそれなりにありますが、日が落ちると車が全く通らないので静かです
共用トイレ・洗面台も綺麗
WIFIも問題なし
熊野速玉大社・神倉神社は徒歩圏内
オーナーさんから説明があると思いますがシャワー室は狭い、でも綺麗で水圧もバッチリです。

オーナーさんが駐車場が分かりにくいかもと、到着前から外で長い時間待っていて下さいました
朝も出発前に来てくださり、色々お話出来て楽しかったし、またお会いしたいなと思っています
