Very good location, 10 min walk from historical city center. But it is quiet.
It has a nice rooftop, in summertime a bigger group can hold a friendy chat-party here.
Inside there's a folk-style room, very attractive.
The apartment's rooms were fine and clean. Totally okay for couples or families also.
WiFi connection is fast.
They tolerate pets.
You can park your car in a courtyard 100 meters from the building.
The owner was a very friendy man. :)
At the reception there was a small dog barks always when we climbed up or down on the stair.
There was no any cleaning equipment but we would like to swipe up the floor. :D
There was no 2 similar glasses - for example if you wanna clink with wine you find different glasses. :P

The place is basic but nice for an overnight stay. We had a delay en route and booked the studio late. The owner is very responsive and met us at 11pm. Also, we asked for late check-out the proprietor agreed to (for a 50% extra pay). Cash is preferred. Pets (a cat in our case) is extra 5 euro. The parking spot is close to the location, just off the street in an open backyard.
The description is misleading: it states that there is a terrace and there is none. There is a terrace in the common area of the building, on the top floor. From the description and the photos it suggest top floor, but the studio is on the ground one which is not stated anywhere. It's actually just next to the entrance, overlooking it and at night quite noisy from the people coming in and out and cars passing. If you close the window it's better, but since it was hot and the AC was not working, we could not.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It was in a quiet, convenient location with a dedicated parking space. The homeowner was very polite and friendly. A great place to relax.
