Quiet, cozy, cute, pet friendly and clean inside. Air conditioning worked well.
Didn't seem fully prepared for for visitors, wet laundry in the dryer, no wash rags, no dish rags, nothing to hang clothing or towels, no shower soap, spiders in every corner of the bathroom, shower leaked onto the floor, corners of the shower weren't clean, outlet over sink doesn't work, there was no coffee there was no tea, no coffee maker for the coffee we did bring. Beach access? The outside area could have been cleaned up more.

Access was with a key code which was emailed to me the day before I arrived.
The cottage is nicely furnished, clearly redone inside with beautiful kitchen appliances (which, except for the fridge, I didn't actually use). The bed was comfortable, the a/c units (2) did a nice job once I figured out how to configure them, and the neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe.
A few nits:
- The floors are uneven, which reminded me of walking on a bot. Not terrible, but an older person with tricky balance issues, might have a problem.
- There was only half a roll of toilet paper with no spares to be found anywhere in the house -- I looked.
- Although advertised as having a hair dryer, there wasn't one.
- A drawer in the bathroom vanity wouldn't stay closed. There was some Scotch tape to try to keep it closed, but it kept rolling about halfway open, threatening unwary shins.
- The ceiling fan/light units operated via remote control. I was able to use the one in the bedroom, but there wasn't a remote for the one in the living room (the one for the bedroom didn't work with it), so I couldn't really use the living room at all.
- The TVs and their controls really irritated me. If you have a streaming subscription, you can use it on the TVs. I don't have one, so my use of the TVs was extremely limited. In addition, the remotes were almost unfathomable to use. Somehow, despite there being no clear way to adjust volume, I managed to turn the sound off on the bedroom TV. So much for watching TV in bed.
This may seem like a lot of things to list, but the cottage was really very nice and I would stay there again -- if I could figure out the TVs.

The dryer didn't dry our clothes. It kept saying error.

It was a very cute little place wih a cozy vibe and good amenities like outdoor furniture and firepit.
There were some things that needed to be tidied up such as the outdoors (needed to be mowed and patio furniture cleaned off) and overall supplied were low/out (paper towels, dish soap, ect/) Things were also in the washer and dryer and the dryer didnt work.
