House was spacious with a kitchen and washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning a major plus! Pretty clean and centrally located to parks, nearby towns and easy commute. The upstairs 3rd floor loft was a hit in that it had it's own bedroom, bath and living area.

Owner communication was poor. Did not receive information on how to access the home until several attempts were made to get the home access data. Once owner responded to my inquiry to access the home, it went smoothly. There was no house rules and WiFi information provided. Although the house was generally clean, we found some dried food on the master bedroom comforter and ants in the kitchen and hallway outside the bathroom. There are major stairs going up to the upstairs 2nd floor flat which is difficult for the mobility impaired. The metal stairs going into the 3rd floor loft was steep and spiral; although the younger family members loved it!
