Lovely styling, cosy feel.

No Tv, and road noise is quite loud.

The attention to detail was beautiful. Quality Of furnishings and provided comforts. Proximity to cafe and town centre. Large yard And dog friendly. Would of loved to use the fireplace didn’t have the weather for it. Ps. Best pies and cakes ever in Inverloch - Paul’s (see pics)

The yard was not exactly dog proof. Dogs that jump cannot be secured. Fence paling on driveway gate not secure anymore either. Also broken lattice with nails sticking up in the yard would ideally be addressed before next dog accompanied guest stays. Probably need to let people know in your online post that dogs won’t be acceptable on the bed. We didn’t know this until after our arrival.

It is a very comfortable and spacious rustic house in which we settled in right away. In good proximity to Inverloch and Phillip Island and has close by town centre. It has a functional kitchen that was well stocked and well equipped (even had a wood fire pizza oven). We cooked on 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The hosts also supplied basic foodstuff such as bread and egg which we very much appreciate. The host Kristy was very responsive.

Chosen for comfort and cleanliness based on reviews and was disappointed. Welcoming look but needed a deep clean as it was very dusty throughout. Functionality is important. The microwave above eye level on top of fridge hazardous and not useable. Deco items needed moving throughout for functional use eg dusty dried flowers in vases on surfaces everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets. The kitchen was functional but the main light and blind were broken. The bathroom was less comfortable. It was located through a door in a step down from main part of house with no toilet light or extraction fan, little space for personal things dipping taps and the shower in narrow bath. The Location was practical, but tricky entrance as a main road. Previous guests identified problems on the suggestion board in the kitchen that have not been actioned. Appreciated the fresh bread and eggs; thank you.
