We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service is truly outstanding, with a high level of care and attention to every guest. Highlights of our stay: · Exceptional Staff: The entire team is incredibly sweet, responsive, and proactive. They were ready to help solve literally any question or request we had. · Thoughtful Touches: To celebrate the New Year, the staff set up a beautiful complimentary table with fruits, treats, and other gifts. It was such a lovely surprise! · Perfect Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent area. Within walking distance, you can find shopping malls, grocery stores, a night market, and other entertainment options. Despite the central location, it was quiet and very cozy. · Impeccable Cleanliness: The rooms are spotless—no issues with bugs or any other pests whatsoever. Housekeeping comes daily, and we always had fresh bed linens. · Great Amenities: The hotel provides a full set of amenities (toothbrushes, towels) and complimentary drinking water for two persons. The staff replenished the water bottles every day without fail, even if we hadn't finished the old ones. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for a magnificent vacation! We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
