A helyzete nagyon jó. A belváros, a vasútállomás, a buszállomás és az üzletek gyalog is gyorsan elérhetők innen. Mi ketten voltunk, teljesen elég volt a mérete. Az ár/érték nagyon jó. Jó a felszereltsége. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész.
Az épület környéke, az utcakép nem szép, de nem azt jöttünk megnézni, hanem a belvárost, tehát ez nem zavart minket. Bár a leírásban biztos ingyenes parkolás szerepel, de a valóságban ez csak néhány speciális, nem felfestett helyre vonatkozik az utcán (ami vagy el van már foglalva mások által, vagy nem - nekünk sikerült ingyen parkolnunk a házigazda utasításait követve). Alapvetően az utcában felfestett parkolóhelyek fizetősek.

La comunicación fue buena y la llegada sencilla con auto check in. Hay plazas de parking (gratuitas y de pago) en la propia calle, nos indicaron y nos ayudaron a encontrar sitio gratuito para el coche. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a 8-10 minutos de pleno centro a pie. Tiene todo lo necesario con cocina completa y opción a usar sala de lavandería y bicicletas (nosotros no lo usamos). Lo recomiendo.

Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Zvonimir was extremely kind and welcoming, and he also allowed both early check-in and late check-out, which I truly appreciated as it helped me a lot. The location is great, with a supermarket nearby, metro station, shops, gym, and everything within walking distance. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay again.
