The apartment itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The property matched the photos and was a pleasant place to stay.
The communication throughout the booking was very poor. We had to chase for the check-in details even though it was already after the advertised check-in time of 3:00 pm. We were also passed from one point of contact to another, starting on Booking.com and then being told to message someone on WhatsApp. It wasn’t clear who we were supposed to send the security deposit to, which made the process confusing.
The amount of ID verification required should have been made clear before booking rather than after payment. Finally, our security deposit was not returned promptly, and there was little communication about when we would receive it back, so we had to double text for updates.
Overall, the apartment was nice, but the poor communication and disorganised check-in and deposit process let the experience down.

The host is a very respectful man , even when he was fasting he went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay with the property.
