From the beginning of booking the apartment, the staff was very flexible and accommodating to us. It was very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to do, Including the zoo, aquarium, and the conservatory. We had lots of space and comfortable bed and pillows, which were very clean. It was a great and convenient option.
The only inconvenience we encountered is that the building is on a boiler system, so we didn't have control of the heat. This was not a problem for us since we traveled in May. The apartment had a great air conditioner that kept the whole apartment cold.
