There are experiences in life that go far beyond words, and this was truly one of them. No language could fully express what we feel for the people here and for this extraordinary place. We came as a family” my wife, our young child, and I”and from the very first moment, we were received with such genuine warmth, kindness, and heartfelt care. What touched us most deeply was the thoughtful and loving care given to our child while we were attending our healing sessions and during the moments of rest and relaxation afterward. This meant more to us than words can express. It allowed us to be fully present in the experience, with complete peace of mind, knowing that our child was being looked after with real tenderness and attention. Every single person we met was part of what made this experience so unforgettable”the security guard, the gardener, the animal caretaker, the one who served the food, the therapists, the doctors, the hosts, and the manager. Each person, in their own way, reflected a level of sincerity, grace, and humanity that is very rare to find. What we witnessed was far more than professionalism; it was genuine care embodied in every detail. In just four days, I felt a profound improvement and a beautiful sense of harmony within my body. Everything was carried out with exceptional professionalism, yet it never felt distant or clinical. It felt deeply human, deeply intentional, and deeply healing. We may have left this place, but it will never leave us. It has become a part of us. We carry with us deep gratitude, love, and admiration for everyone here, and we can only hope that they felt even a fraction of what they gave us. This was not simply a stay or a treatment experience”it was something truly unforgettable. A rare and beautiful place, filled with beautiful souls. 💫

The retreat, referred to as a hospital by local people is a beautiful and tranquil place. Very well organised, fully staffed by gentle and kind people who wanted to help everyone have a good time. My son and I enjoyed yoga on the days we stayed. We both also had a massage each, mine with a consultation first. The river walk was lovely and had we known it was so near, we would have gone on our 1st evening too. A peaceful place to.finish off an excellent trip in Kerala. Thank you to everyone there.

Food was healthy and in keeping to a hospital/retreat. My booking was done to finish off a busy holiday and it worked for the time we were there.

Quiet green place. Very good massage therapist.

A funny atmosphere- the staff seemed disconnected and quiet. There were no facilities to do anything else. Activities were 2 min ones. Yoga was really poor. Food was charged extra and had to be constantly planned with the cook to make it semi- interesting. All in all, didn’t feel like value for the high cost.
