Location is great! Apartment is lovely and very clean, yet lacks welcoming items, such as soap, shampoo, and tissues.
Coffee and Coffee maker are low quality. A Nespresso machine and pods would be much better The pillow quality needs improvement Directions to towel drying rack and washer/dryer would be helpful All easy to improve

Bonne organisation, appartement spacieux (une chambre + un salon avec canapé convertible). Très propre. Possibilité de garer les vélos.

La localisation près du centre ,le calme de la rue et la déco
Le contraste entre la vétusté et l’aspect non fini du bâtiment avec l’intérieur .les draps froissés non repassés ,certains verres et couverts sales ,un salon de jardin serait un plus .Faites un livret d’accueil avec les modes d’emplois ,des recommandations de visites,cela amènerait une touche personnelle qu’on perd complètement avec les boites à clefs
