Spokojne osiedle. Trzecie piętro. Dobra baza wypadowa po Kotlinie Kłodzkiej. W okolicy dobre restauracje i sklepy. Do Żabki 50 m.
Mała łazienka, kabina prysznicowa bardzo mała. Telewizor starodawny, nie można nawet podłączyć się przez USB. Na dłuższy pobyt brak pralki jest poważnym problemem.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Dobrze usytułowane. Cicha okolica. Dużo sklepów wokół. Dysponent kontaktowy i miły.
Tak trochę na siłę. Sztućce w kuchni wyliczone pod osobę. Mikroskopijne talerze. Niewygodny prysznic z czarną płachtą. Stary odtwarzacz dvd (menu obsługi filmów poniżej ekranu) niepozwalający cieszyć się bogatą bazą filmów.
